1. Intuitive and easy to operate GUI
Editing layouts and managing the SJM does not require specialised skills and complex training. The user interface makes the program intuitive for any sound engineer, producer or host.
2. Beat based transitions
Smart Jingle Machine automatically determines the best moment of transition from one element to another, which will achieve smooth and liquid sounding music.
3. Programmable transition logics and sequences
Between the buttons or groups of buttons, the transition logic can be configured: no transitions, automatic transitions through the chain, grouping and setting up transition algorithms between groups.
4. Totally freedom in creating the studio surface
The SJM Editor allows you to create a complete graphical layout: Unlimited number of buttons with different shapes, adding images as background in pages, placing icons to buttons, change fonts, colours, sizes etc.
5. Unlimited number of layouts and pages and access control
There is no limit in the number of layouts and pages and its possible to separate all layouts whether the layout will be available on a certain player or not.
6. Changing intensity and emotion of a playing button just by moving a fader
Right during the playback of an element, the host can change its arrangement, saturation, or volume just by simply moving the slider.
7. Import and export of complete layouts
SJM allows you to export created layouts with all content from database and files to a certain file which later can be imported again or transferred to another system as well.
8. Possible Interface to 3rd party databases and content management
SJM is based on a MS-SQL database which allows easy integration with content management of 3rd party systems.
9. Multichannel Playout - Up to 4 seperate playout channels
In addition to a separate audio channel for PFL, each button can be assigned to one of 4 different audio channels.

Confirmed changes in layouts will be deployed in seconds just by hitting the refresh button in the players.
